As part of the Town Councils Biodiversity Policy HMP Stoke Heath in mates are learning new skills in making bird, bug and bat boxes from recycled pallet wood which otherwise would have been skipped. Market Drayton Town Council are offering these to all residents within the Town. As a thank you for the support the Town Council resolved to give the prisons chosen charity, Lingen Davies a donation of £250. Residents were also asked to contribute a small donation for the boxes which so far has raised £108.47. On Friday 25 October a cheque and the money were presented to the Lingen Davies Charity.
