Free Local Bus Service

At a recent meeting of the Market Drayton Town Council it was decided to continue the free local bus service for another year.  Hopefully the service will encourage people to leave the car at home, reducing carbon emissions, and visit  the town  for the Artisan  and Indoor Markets and well as normal retail therapy.

Town Mayor Roy Aldcroft said ‘ This service is very well used and justifies the expenditure from the Town Council budget, hopefully in better economic climates  we can develop the idea further”
