The Mayor attended the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee lunch yesterday at Market Drayton Scout hut to unveil a plaque to commemorate 80 years of Scouting in Market Drayton and to celebrate the Platinum Jubilee of her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
The Mayor and his wife were welcomed by all the leaders, Explorers, Scouts, Cubs and Beavers and their families and got to judge the cake baking competition and give out the awards.
