Some photographs from Remembrance Sunday and a message from the Mayor, Councillor Roy Aldcroft.

“Well done to the Royal British Legion, the Town Council, and all the service, ex- service, emergency personnel and other organisations who took part in the Remembrance parade and service on Sunday. To see so many people lining the route and around the cenotaph was such a clear message that the conflicts of the past and the suffering they caused have not been forgotten. Big thanks to the Legion club for hot-food and hospitality after the parade.
I must say it was brilliant to see so many youngsters in the church, parade and in the RBL after. The parade is a credit to their leaders and organisation. Hopefully, they will be the next generation to keep this important act of remembrance in the future.
Well done to all involved.
